Role Summary
We are looking for a Consultant – Bank & NBFC Onboarding to strengthen our institutional partnerships and expand our home loan DSA network. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in establishing and managing relationships with banks/NBFCs, and a deep understanding of the home loan ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive onboarding of banks and NBFCs into FinPe’s DSA partner network.
- Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders at partner institutions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business expansion goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Location Requirement: Candidate must be based in Chennai.
- 4–8 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services.
- Proven track record in DSA/channel partnerships, preferably in the home loan segment.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
