Sailpoint Developer

*Key Responsibilities *

• Design, develop, and implement custom connectors and integrations with enterprise applications using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Develop workflows, rules, provisioning policies, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Perform configuration, testing, and deployment of SailPoint components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and provisioning issues across environments.
• Deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ Governance solutions, including design, implementation, and integration.
• Follow approved SDLC methodologies and prepare documentation for design, development, and testing.
• Collaborate with customers, operations teams, and product engineering teams to resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
• Provide technical expertise in creating solution designs, proofs of concept, and implementations.
• Develop custom JARs for disconnected applications to import data (e.g., CSV from server).
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production issues, reproduce in DEV, implement fixes, unit test, and migrate to PROD.

*Required Skills & Experience *

• 2-8 years of IT experience with focus on Identity Management and Governance.
• Hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development and deployment.
• Experience with integration, provisioning, and connector development.
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and use cases.
• Knowledge of Java, Beanshell, XML, and scripting languages for SailPoint customization.
• Experience with lifecycle management, access requests, compliance, and certifications.

*Good to Have *

• Experience in integrating SAP systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA) with SailPoint.
• Exposure to cloud identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, Okta).
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to IAM.
