Location -BangaloreJob Title: Sr. Manager, Radio SoftwareLocation: Bengaluru, IndiaJob Type: Full-timeRequired Qualifications:B.E / B.TECH / M.S / M.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 12-16 years in software development, with substantial expertise in radio communications and ORAN technologies.Proven leadership in managing software development teams.Deep understanding of software development cycles and Agile methodologies.Minimum 8+yrs of experience in developing embedded software on ARM/DSP based SoC/MPSoC using C/C++.Expertise in C, C++, Python, and other relevant programming languages.Strong familiarity with wireless protocols (LTE, 5G NR) and ORAN standards.Strong expertise in BareMetal and Linux based development of both kernel and user space.Must have understanding on Bootloaders (U-Boot), Boot management, Boot sequence, Secure Boot, DFU, Boot time optimization

Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of software for radio communication systems, including LTE, 5G NR, and ORAN technologies.Manage the radio software engineering team, promoting innovative development practices.Architect, design and maintain software solutions that integrate ORAN standards to enhance interoperability and flexibility in radio communications.Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of ORAN solutions with existing telecom infrastructures.Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to industry standards and quality benchmarks.Develop strategic technology enhancements and maintain a roadmap aligned with ORAN innovations and company objectives.Engage with industry partners to adopt best practices in ORAN and radio software development.
