Should be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including head hunting, sourcing, pre-screening, shortlisting, and candidate assessment for the US Market. Requirement: Hands-on Experience in End-to-End Recruitment Process across Various IT Technologies within the US market Experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1 B & TN Visa Holders on all the Tax Terms - Full-time and contract positions (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp) Should be able to work with direct/indirect clients. Should be self-driven, creative, a box thinker, encouraging team learning and productivity that results in value-added customer service. Excellent Communication skills The ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is essential. Good Command of Spoken English.
