Position: Project Coordinator
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Shift Timings: 09:15 AM – 06:30 PM (Shift arrangements must be adaptable based on workload.)
Location: Rajkot (On-Site)
Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you'll be a pivotal member of our team, supporting the efficient operation of our organization. You'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including planning, communication, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the dispatch of inputs and other items.
- Handle products and materials from third-party vendors.
- Maintain records and resolve any issues that arise.
- Support various project activities as needed.
- Maintain an updated procurement log for all external products.
- Work closely with the Executive Director to support and fulfil organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach.
