Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive (with SEO specialization) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence, driving traffic to our website, and enhancing brand visibility across digital channels. Your expertise in SEO and digital marketing strategies will play a key role in achieving our marketing goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords for SEO and content marketing.
  • Optimize website content including landing pages, blog posts, and product/service descriptions for SEO and user engagement.
  • Implement on-page SEO techniques such as meta tags, URL structures, internal linking, and header tag optimization.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Generate and share regular reports on organic traffic, keyword rankings, leads, and campaign ROI.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues in coordination with the development team.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Conduct competitor research and digital benchmarking to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to plan and execute SEO-friendly blogs, creatives, and ad copies.
  • Manage off-page SEO activities including backlink strategy, local directory listings, and reputation management.
  • Execute and track performance of email campaigns, social media promotions, and paid ads as needed.
  • Support paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) by providing keyword inputs and landing page optimization insights.
  • Implement local SEO strategies to enhance visibility in regional and location-based searches.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Mass Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.
  • Working knowledge of digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Good understanding of technical SEO, on-page/off-page SEO, and performance tracking.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and content management systems (WordPress preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
