Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Velachery. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing business strategies. They will also handle budget management, sales and marketing activities, and coordination with tour managers and external partners. The role requires effective leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive growth and profitability for the branch.

- Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Development skills
- Strong Sales, Marketing, and Business Development abilities
- Excellent Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Budget Management and Financial Planning
- Problem-solving, Decision Making, and Strategic Thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Tamil and English
