Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Research Assistant in the field of biotechnology. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in biology, biotechnology, or a related field, and a passion for scientific research. Both Master's and Bachelor's degree holders are encouraged to apply, and candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting experiments and research projects in the field of biotechnology.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and materials for experiments.
• Collect, organize, and analyze experimental data.
• Assist in the development and optimization of experimental protocols.
• Contribute to the preparation of research reports, presentations, and publications.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve research goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and developments in biotechnology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, biotechnology, molecular biology, or a related field.
• Fresher and Experienced both are applicable.
• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in molecular biology techniques, such as PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, cloning, and sequencing.
• Experience with cell culture techniques is desirable.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in experimental work.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Prior experience in a laboratory setting is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
