JD for Oracle VBCS and Oracle HCM

Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service)

  • Having 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Design and develop modern web and mobile apps using VBCS with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Worked on Oracle HCM Redwood pages
  • Use JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 , and Oracle JET to extend Oracle Cloud functionalities.
  • Develop dynamic UIs using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts.
  • Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
  • Deploy and manage VBCS applications using CI/CD tools and Git repositories.

Oracle HCM:

  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts , BI Publisher Reports , and Fast Formulas .
  • Build and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems.
  • Manage security profiles , roles , data access and workflow approvals in HCM.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable configurations and extensions.
  • Strong experience in developing/supporting HCM Extracts
  • Strong experience on Fast Formulas
  • Hands on experience in developing BI Publisher Reports and OTBI
  • Good understanding on HCM Data Loader and HSDL
  • Experienced in implementing User defined Tables and lookups and Value sets.
  • Some experience on extracting the data using APIs
