Arsenius Skill Capital is hiring Manager Organisational Strategy & FP&A For a Developer Lobby in Mumbai
Location: Mumbai
CTC: up to 30 LPA
Requisite:
CA / MBA's with 5+ years of experience in strategy, business consulting, corporate development, or a similar field.
Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Support in formulating corporate strategy, long-term planning, and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to identify new opportunities, operational improvements, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Build business cases for strategic initiatives, including investment proposals, partnerships, and expansion plans.
  • Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and track performance against key objectives (OKRs/KPIs).

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Conduct variance analysis and deliver insights on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and board presentations.
  • Partner with business units to ensure financial alignment with strategic priorities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Technical & Analytical

  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management.

Strategic & Business Acumen

  • Ability to think holistically about business challenges and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Comfortable analyzing large sets of data to draw strategic conclusions.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to clearly present strategic and financial insights to senior leadership.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, etc.

Leadership & Initiative

  • High level of ownership and proactive problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
