  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze project data to identify trends, performance metrics, and potential risks. Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Budget Management : Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, ensuring projects remain within financial scope.
  • Risk Identification & Mitigation : Collaborate with teams to identify potential project risks, propose solutions, and update the project risk log.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about progress, milestones, and potential challenges.
  • Process Improvement : Evaluate project processes and methodologies, suggesting ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Documentation : Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and action items.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with financial tracking and budgeting processes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
