What you’ll do at Ather:

Key member having direct accountability and/or co-managing one or more of the below projectsDigital Transformation initiatives involving FinanceFinancial and Tax due-diligence with external auditors (Big4) and/or Investors/LendersVenture debt fund raiseEquity fund raiseMergers and/or acquisitionsFinancial Authority Matrix and Management Authority MatrixAny other Strategic projects from time to time at CFO desk

Key member managing all strategic (not business as usual workstreams) arising out ofOrder to cash (O2C)Procure to Pay (P2P)Record to report (R2R)Invest to Divest (Asset Management)Taxation - both Direct and IndirectTreasury managementBanking OperationsFP&ABusiness FinancePlant FinanceProduct CostingInternal Audit

For the above, lead related management reporting and investor discussions and reportingEnsure publishing of financial statements (as per Ind AS) and cash flows with monthly/quarterly/yearly variance analysis, reporting vis a vis business plan - consolidated as well as for respective businessesPrepare technical memos for accounting positions adopted by the company in alignment with auditors and also vis a vis peersEnsure governance framework in place for quality control over financial transactions and financial reportingDevelop and document all F&A processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsLead ERP enhancement projects, automate operational and reporting routines and act as controller for group finance process designing and implementing systemsManage regulatory compliances covering Accounting, RBI, FEMA, ROC, Tax, etc.Interface with Corporate Secretarial and Legal team in compliance matters

Here’s what we are looking for:Excellent interpersonal, leadership and team management skillsIn-depth experience of all finance processes; IndAS accountingExpertise in SAP various modulesExperience in building scaling Finance teams, systems, processesExperience in handling accounts of listed entities and due-diligencesProficiency in MS Office, GSuiteAbility to build successful relationship across stakeholdersAbility to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within strict timelines

You bring to Ather:Chartered Accountant with industry experience spanning Automotive, Retail, Ecommerce, Manufacturing, etc.Relevant work experience of 15-18 years (post qualification) with at least 5-8 years’ experience in Controllership functionExperience working in/with Big4 company in audit/accounting domain is added advantage
