About the role:

As

GenAI Business Development Lead , you will be responsible for understanding, articulating, and showcasing Tiger Analytics’ capabilities in solving complex business problems across industries leveraging GenAI. You will work closely with the Sales, account management team and clients to understand the business requirements and develop a suitable solution POV. This will require collaboration with colleagues working on different client programs as well as technical teams comprising of Data Science and various Engineering SMEs. You will support initiatives to create impactful solution proposals, pitch decks and ‘point of views’ for GenAI use cases. On a typical workday, you could be doing one or more of the following:

Collaborate with the Sales, Account and Business Development teams for creating solutions, PoVs, pitch decks focusing on GenAI capabilitiesDrive first/second level calls with prospects covering Tiger’s GenAI capabilities and case studiesConduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and understanding their challengesOrchestrate the overall Proposal creation process and develop solutioning for client’s problem statements with help of SMEsConsolidate and validate the project plan, team structure and overall effort/cost estimation for any proposal with GenAI practice leadsConduct required secondary research to support the proposal creation process and comparison of Tiger solution with existing products/solutions available in the marketInteract with project teams to understand high impact problems that are being solved through GenAI based solutionsIdentify the solutions that can be developed as standard offerings and taken to multiple customers and own the creation and GTM for those offeringsOversee development of solutions demo/prototypes in collaboration with SMEs in Data Science & EngineeringContribute to enhancing competency within the organization by leading focus groups, taking training

Required Skills, Competencies & Experience:Knowledge of GenAI tools and tech stack, prompt engineering techniquesKnowledge of DS/ML/AI techniques - when and why they are used and interpretation of results from a business viewpointHigh level understanding various activities under Data engineering and App engineering will be preferredUnderstanding of various components in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS and how they are relevant in an integrated solutionAbility to translate high level business problems to an analytics problem statementAbility to design analytics solutions consisting of Data Science and Engineering componentsKeen interest in business development and supporting account growth by leveraging Tiger Analytics solutionsStrong written and verbal communication to create proposal documents and drive client discussionsGood presentation and storytelling skillsExperience in stakeholder management, driving project governance, and linking analytics to business value deliveredExperience in analyzing data and informing creation of POVs preferred8+ years of experience in analytics consulting & deliveryMBA from reputed institute preferred
