Section Supervisor

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Chocolate Section Supervisor with strong expertise in chocolate handling, and presentation. The candidate must have prior experience in luxury chocolate brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the chocolate section.

Ensure high-quality standards in chocolate preparation, storage, and display.

Train and guide team members in chocolate handling and finishing techniques.

Monitor inventory, quality checks, and compliance with food safety standards.

Work closely with management to introduce new chocolate products and innovative ideas.

Requirements:

Proven experience in chocolate manufacturing/handling, preferably with luxury chocolate brands.

Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, decorating, and packaging.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.
