Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Celebrity & Influencer Manager to manage our roster of talents, help them grow professionally, and secure high-value brand deals and endorsements. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for talent development with a strategic mindset to grow talents' influence, negotiate brand partnerships, and foster long-term industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management:
  • Identifying and onboarding talents
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned talents, offering comprehensive support for their professional growth.
  • Develop personalized strategies to align opportunities with the unique brand identity and goals of each talent.
  • Assist talents in content planning, collaborations, and building their personal brands.

  • Brand Outreach and Campaigns:
  • Actively pitch talents to brands, agencies, and PR firms for endorsements and collaborations.
  • Close incoming deals by evaluating offers, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements for talents.
  • Ensure seamless execution of campaigns by coordinating deliverables between brands and talents.

  • Networking and Relationship Building:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at brands, agencies, and PR firms to foster long-term collaboration opportunities.
  • Represent WebRangers at industry events, meetings, and networking sessions to expand partnerships and strengthen professional networks.

  • Talent Growth:
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to identify growth opportunities for talents.
  • Guide talents in diversifying platforms, such as exploring YouTube, Instagram, or emerging platforms.

  • Campaign Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of brand collaborations and campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Handle challenges during campaign execution, maintaining strong relationships with both brands and talents.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in influencer or celebrity management, with a robust network of brand and agency contacts.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends across platforms like Instagram & YouTube
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with contracts, legal agreements, and campaign budgeting.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and social media analytics platforms.
  • A passion for talent growth and the entertainment industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple talents across diverse categories (e.g., lifestyle, beauty, tech, etc.).
  • Background in marketing, public relations, or event management.
  • Knowledge of video production and content strategy.
