Role : Analytics and Data Engineer - SQL| Python| ETL, 6+ years, Gurgaon

We are seeking an experienced Analytics & Data Engineering professional to join our team and spearhead data initiatives. As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate directly with client leadership to shape the vision and roadmap of their Data, Analytics & Insights team. If you are a data engineer with required skill set, then this opportunity is for you.

Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for data engineering and analytics projects for our retail client

- Contributing to their growth strategy across business, customer, and marketing analytics.

- Developing and maintaining scalable and efficient data pipelines, addressing any issues or bottlenecks.

- Engaging proactively with client to support their data-driven vision and business objectives.

- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor in shaping business strategy based on data insights.

- Mentoring and advising the team on best practices in data engineering and analytics techniques.

- Implementing robust data checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience in managing data engineering projects, with a proven track record of success.

- Proficiency in SQL, data environments (e.g., Big Query, Google Analytics, Snowflake), and data transformation tools (Python).

- Strong understanding of ETL data pipelines, including integration with APIs and databases.

- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics tools and cloud-based Data Warehousing solutions (Snowflake and/or Google Cloud).

- Familiarity with Cron job scheduler and Data Vault modeling is a plus.

- Experience in collaborating with client's Google Analytics partner agencies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
