This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.   We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President-Full Stack Engineer  to join our Shared Services Engineering team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra – HYBRID.  In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 
  • Work with a team of developers, providing guidance, user, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
  • Develop user interfaces using REACT.js.
  • Write clean, scalable code using C# and .NET technologies.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Bi, and Power Apps).
  • Conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Work within Scrum Agile and/or SAFe Agile frameworks to deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles.
  • Ensure excellent communication and stakeholder management throughout project lifecycles. 
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Expertise in front-end development using REACT.js | Angular.
  • Solid experience with C# and .NET framework.
  • Proficient in T-SQL.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.
  • Experience conducting peer code reviews.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a Scrum Agile and/or SAFe Agile environment.
  • 5 years of experience working within a DevOps SDLC team.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Power Automate and JavaScript.
  • Strong ability to represent and organize documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately.
