Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Peore's extensive service center network throughout India, ensuring our customers receive unparalleled after-sales service
  • Actively add new service partners to our network and manage these relationships daily to fortify our service capabilities
  • Take full ownership of the service lifecycle, from ticket creation to resolution, for all customer service requests
  • Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with all vendors, supporting their growth and ensuring mutual success
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance service quality and efficiency, leveraging technology and product innovation
  • Consistently achieve a net promoter score (NPS) of 90% or above
  • Maintain a 90th percentile closure turnaround time (TAT) of under 30 hours for service requests
