Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Consultant . The Jewellery Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with their jewellery selections, providing exceptional customer service, and offering expertise on jewelry design and fashion jewelry. The role also involves polishing jewellery pieces and training new team members on best practices and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Polishing skills
  • Experience in Training new team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is beneficial
