Job Description – .NET Developer (4–5 Years Experience) Position: Full-Time Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Experience Required: 4–5 Years Joining: Immediate / Quick Joining Preferred Number of positions: X About the Role We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on expertise in building secure, scalable applications. The candidate must have strong skills in .NET Core, .NET Framework (5–9), MSSQL Server , and front-end technologies . The role requires knowledge of SSDLC, secure coding practices, responsive design , and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to boost productivity. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework (5–9) . Develop and optimize complex queries, views, and stored procedures in MSSQL Server . Ensure compliance with secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and best coding practices. Build and maintain responsive, cross-browser web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, OpenAI APIs) to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Create clear, well-structured technical documentation . Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework (5+) . Strong expertise in MSSQL Server with proven ability to write efficient stored procedures, triggers, and functions . Solid understanding of secure coding practices and SSDLC . Experience with responsive UI development (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS). Knowledge of modern AI productivity tools for development and testing. Excellent communication and documentation skills . Ability to deliver high-quality work independently and in teams. Qualifications 4–5 years of proven professional experience in .NET & MSSQL Server development . .NET or related certifications (Microsoft Certified, etc.) will be a plus. Experience in staffing/recruitment domain will add value.
