Summary:
The IS&T Product Engineering Systems group is seeking a PLM Engineering Manager who has a proven track record in developing and managing high quality enterprise software solutions. Our group is responsible for Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation initiative to deliver next generation PLM/PIM Platform to drive Apple’s Product Innovation across hardware, software and services lines of business.In this position, you’ll lead our technology team and work closely with key business stakeholders to build an enterprise platform that enables Product innovation, NPI lifecycle management, Design Collaboration, and Product Release management. You will also work collaboratively with peers to define our future PLM technology roadmap and build strategic relationships with key IS&T and Business leaders to ensure success. We are looking for someone with extensive experience building and delivering large scale, on-premise, and cloud-based enterprise solutions. This individual should have sound technical knowledge, management & leadership skills. A great candidate will build a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, innovation, and learning.
Key Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, including 5+ years of experience managing engineering teamsExperience leading system design, integration, and deployment in a complex, integrated environmentExperience in building, developing, and managing highly effective engineering teamsExperience with distributed systems, multi-tiered application development, service-oriented architecture, and microservice architecture Domain knowledge in Change Management, BOM Management, CAD & ERP, Manufacturing, and other PLM areasExcellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills

You will lead an elite engineering team to design and implement our new enterprise PLM solution. Our team enables our business partners to craft products that delight and encourage millions of Apple’s customers every day. You will partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, understand their challenges, work through issues, and provide solutions that can be adopted widely. Build innovative applications and custom solutions with a heightened focus on the security of data content.
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of enterprise solutions such as ERP, MES, ALM, and MDM is desired
