We are seeking an experienced GenAI Lead / Architect to drive the design and development of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, leveraging advanced orchestration frameworks and graph/vector databases. The ideal candidate is hands-on, with deep technical expertise in building scalable AI architectures, and experienced in leading end-to-end solution design on modern orchestration platforms.
Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable GenAI solutions that integrate with Temporal for workflow orchestration.
Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using pgvector for vector similarity search and Apache AGE for graph-based reasoning.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to design AI-driven business solutions.
Establish patterns and reusable frameworks for GenAI applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Evaluate new GenAI models, services, and orchestration strategies to accelerate business adoption.
Ensure data privacy, compliance, and security across AI workflows and integrations.
Required Skills
Proven expertise in Generative AI solution architecture and applied machine learning workflows.
Proficiency with Temporal for orchestrating complex workflows.
Strong knowledge of vector databases and embeddings, with hands-on experience using pgvector.
Experience in graph databases, ideally Apache AGE, for building knowledge graphs and advanced reasoning.
Strong programming skills in Python
Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and model deployment strategies.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is a strong plus
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
6+ years of overall work experience, out of which at least 3+ years in AI solution development.
Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
