Benefits Administration:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of the PeopleSoft Benefits Administration (Ben Admin) module.
  • Analyze and document business requirements related to benefits administration, including eligibility rules, benefit plans, and open enrollment processes.
  • Configure benefit programs, options, and rates to align with organizational policies.
  • Ensure integration of Ben Admin with other PeopleSoft modules such as Payroll and Time & Labor.

Absence Management:

  • Configure and implement the PeopleSoft Absence Management module, including absence rules, accruals, and leave policies.
  • Analyze organizational absence requirements and recommend best practices for managing time-off policies.
  • Provide functional support to troubleshoot issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of absence data.
  • Integrate Absence Management with Time & Labor, Payroll, and other PeopleSoft modules to ensure seamless data flow.

Functional Consulting & Support:

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to identify process improvements and optimize PeopleSoft system usage.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including training end-users on the Benefits and Absence Management modules.
  • Develop test plans, perform system testing, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth implementations and upgrades.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and configuration guides.

Project Management:

  • Lead or participate in PeopleSoft implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting business requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and ensure alignment with HR and IT strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
