Putting a thinking cap on sales Job Description Job Title: Cantonese Speaking - Inbound Lead Specialist Company: 221B Baker Street Location: Kolkata Experience: 1-3 years Work Schedule: 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM, IST Hybrid Model Position Overview: Must-Have Requirement: Fluent in speaking Cantonese and well-versed in B2B SaaS As an Inbound Lead Specialist, you will be crucial in driving low-touch, transactional sales deals and ensuring that prospects who haven't completed purchases via self-service are onboarded effectively. Your responsibilities will include outreach, lead qualification, sales calls, customer onboarding, and identifying upsell opportunities.
