Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software QA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of software quality. As the Software QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading our QA team, developing and executing test strategies, and ensuring the delivery of robust, high-quality software products.
Roles and Responsibilities
●        Leadership & Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to define and implement QA processes and best practices.
●      Quality Assurance Strategy :
Report on testing progress and results.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality at all stages of the development lifecycle.
●      Testing & Validation:
Coordinate with the development team to reproduce, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
●      Quality Assurance Strategy:
Prepare detailed and accurate QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, defect reports, and release notes.
Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on QA activities, issues, and progress.
Requirements of a successful candidate
●      Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
●      Years of experience - 2-5 years
●      Skills required
●      Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
●      Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
●      Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
●      Experience with agile and scrum development processes.
