Job Description:

We Are Seeking An Experienced Adobe Target Consultant To Join Our Team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leveraging Adobe Target To Optimize Our Digital Experiences Through Personalized Content And A/B Testing.

This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Adobe Target, Data Analysis, And A Strategic Mindset To Drive Successful Marketing Initiatives And Improve Customer Set Up, Configure, And Manage Adobe Target To Deliver Personalized Experiences Across Web, Mobile, And Other Digital Channels.

- Develop And Maintain Audience Segments For Targeting And Personalization Efforts.

- Implement A/B Tests, Multivariate Tests, And Personalized Campaigns Using Adobe Target.

- Collaborate With Marketing, UX/UI, And Content Teams To Identify Opportunities For Optimization And Personalization.

- Create And Execute Testing And Personalization Strategies To Enhance User Engagement And Conversion Rates.

- Utilize Adobe Analytics And Other Data Sources To Gather Insights And Measure The Impact Of Optimization Efforts.

- Generate Comprehensive Reports On Test Performance, User Behavior, And Campaign Effectiveness

- Work Closely With Developers To Ensure Proper Implementation And Integration Of Adobe Target Across Various Platforms.

- Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Adobe Target 7+ Years Of Experience Working With Adobe Target Or Other Personalization And Testing Tools.

- Proven Experience In Digital Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), And Data Analysis.

- Experience With Web Analytics Tools, Particularly Adobe Analytics

- Strong Understanding Of Adobe Target Capabilities, Including A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing, And Personalization.

- Proficient In HTML, CSS, JavaScript, And Front-End Development Practices.

- Excellent Analytical Skills And The Ability To Interpret Data To Drive Decisions.

- Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

- Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively Within A Team.
