Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Meet customers, consultants, and contractors to promote products and generate inquiries.
  • Provide technical support during discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Support preparation of quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
  • Coordinate with the design, production, and quality teams to align customer requirements.
  • Submit weekly and monthly marketing reports to management.
  • Ensure achievement of sales and marketing targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • 1–5 years of experience in industrial sales & marketing (preferably valves, pumps, or engineering products).
  • Strong technical knowledge with ability to explain products to customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (domestic & international).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ERP systems preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
