2. Incident Management, Escalation and Reporting.
3. Classification and Initial support for Incidents and service requests
4. First level troubleshooting and ticket routing to other resolver groups.
5. Assistance to Problem Management
6. Align to ITIL based process framework and End to End ticket ownership.
7. Backup and archiving activities.
8. Application and infra Patch management.
9. Application and infra Security Management.
10. Execution of queries/procedures based on L2/L3 request
11. Update knowledge base.
12. Initial Troubleshooting of Application performance issues.
13. Periodic monitoring such as checking error logs, batch processes and other parameters to ensure
error free functional workflow.
14. Proficiency on understanding and writing SQL queries.
15. Proficiency on AWS admin tasks.
16. Basic knowledge on Apache Tomcat admin tasks.
