Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive-Bancassurance-HDFC located in Gandhidham. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing relationships with bank partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves meeting sales targets, attending training sessions, and staying updated on company products and services.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship management skills
  • Understanding of bancassurance and insurance products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Previous experience in the insurance or banking sector is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or a bachelor's degree in a related field is beneficial
