Job Summary :

As a ServiceNow Integration Specialist at Xenspire, you will leverage your 4+ years of experience to design, implement, and manage integrations between the ServiceNow platform and various external systems. Your role will involve developing integration solutions that enhance business processes and ensure seamless data flow. Based in Bengaluru, you will be pivotal in driving the successful implementation of integration projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality outcomes in alignment with business needs and technical requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Integration Design and Implementation :

- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using ServiceNow's integration tools, including REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other APIs.

- Create and maintain integration connectors, transform maps, and integration flows to enable smooth data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems.

Requirement Analysis and Solution Architecture :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for integration projects.

- Develop integration strategies and solution architectures that align with business needs and technical constraints.

Development and Scripting :

- Write and maintain integration scripts and code to ensure proper functionality and data synchronization.

- Utilize ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide API) and integration tools to build robust integration solutions.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring high performance and reliability of solutions.

Documentation and Best Practices :

- Create detailed documentation for integration solutions, including design specifications, implementation guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Adhere to best practices and coding standards to ensure maintainability and scalability of integration solutions.

Monitoring and Support :

- Monitor integration processes and systems to ensure continuous operation and performance.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integration solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure integration solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on integration progress, issues, and resolutions.

Innovation and Improvement :

- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, integration technologies, and industry trends.

- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance integration processes and efficiency.

Qualifications :

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow integrations, with a solid understanding of ServiceNow integration capabilities and best practices.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in ServiceNow integration tools and technologies, including REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs.

- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide API) and integration development.

- Knowledge of integration patterns, data formats (XML, JSON), and middleware solutions.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.

- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred :

- ServiceNow Certified Integration Specialist or other relevant ServiceNow certifications.

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, and Performance Analytics.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and integration best practices.
