The Senior Software Developer – Python will collaborate with a larger team of engineers and product managers to develop and automate Business process and Test Automation test plans, collect data to make well informed decisions. In this role, the candidate is expected to work independently with little supervision, to have excellent organization and problem-solving skills, and to have hands-on experience in quality assurance and agile methodologies. Perform other duties as assigned. This is a client facing project and will require working on a flexible schedule.ResponsibilitiesBuild and implement Python based framework for the Robotic Process Automation Center of ExcellenceAssess client needs utilizing a structured requirement process in developing RPA Center of Excellence, to provide process assessment, solution designs, automation development and deployment of automated business processes. You will be the main point of contact for the client.Be the hands on technical lead for implementing new framework components in Python. This is a 100% coding / hands on role in pythonBe the Python Subject Matter Expert and guide internal teams on the decisionsWorking with stakeholders to define the manual rules used today to govern the process and then translating those rules into automated commandsShowcase capabilities, cultivate use-cases and drive adoption of RPAAssisting in review of current business processes with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the Business Analyst (BA) to ensure understanding of current processes, future requirements and how those processes will fit within the new architectureAutomating Business Process by using RPA like UiPath. Optimizing business process using Six Sigma Techniques and providing best possible solution to automate.Implement new builds and framework components in Python

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)5+ years or Software Engineering Experience3+ years of working on large Python code base. Experience working with Python frameworks such as Django and Flask3+ years of working directly with the clients in US or UK.Experience with robotframework or UiPath a big bonusExcellent written and oral communication skills are requiredExperience with Object-Oriented design and enterprise design patternsResults oriented, willing to take responsibility and accept accountability for action.Good analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in an Agile, globally distributed environmentHealthcare experience is a plusAbility to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needsDemonstrated ability to lead small teams a plus
