Python Developer (AI & Cloud Systems) Location: On-site Type: Full-time (Contract-to-Hire or Permanent) Experience: 3–5 years About the RoleWe are hiring a Python Developer to join our team and work on building modern, scalable backend systems. Your first responsibility will be contributing to our real-time Voice AI Agent platform (speech-to-text, large language models, text-to-speech). This includes improving system performance, reducing latency, and making the platform more reliable. Over time, you will also contribute to a range of AI-powered products and backend services , working closely with product, AI, and frontend teams. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Python backend services (FastAPI, Flask, Django). Work with real-time data systems (WebSockets, streaming, event-driven). Enhance the Voice AI Agent: STT integrations, LLM pipelines, TTS services, session caching. Build and maintain REST & WebSocket APIs. Write containerized microservices with Docker. Implement monitoring, logging, and performance checks. Follow security best practices (auth, rate limiting, input validation). Collaborate across teams and document your work clearly. Must-Have Skills3+ years of Python development. API development with FastAPI/Flask/Django. Experience with WebSockets/async Python/real-time systems. Cloud-native development (Docker, CI/CD). Redis or similar caching/queueing systems. Strong debugging and performance tuning. Unit and integration testing experience. Understanding of RESTful API design, scalability, and security. Nice-to-HaveTwilio Voice/SIP/Media Streams. STT, TTS, and LLM integrations (Deepgram, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Ollama). Familiarity with Node.js. Knowledge of Nginx/Traefik/load balancers. Audio/video processing basics. DevOps tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes). Success in the First 3–6 MonthsImprove Voice AI Agent performance and reliability. Build new API endpoints and automation scripts. Strengthen system testing (unit, integration, load). Deliver features independently with clear documentation.
