***Mandatory Exposure required for working on multi state large solar rooftop/pump installation, erection and commissioning projects management on a leading role.
Job Responsibilities -
Responsible to distribute the Maharashtra Project equally and all other states projects work management as per the assigned target by the company
Installer Identification, appointment and agreement by taking the security deposit/Bank guarantee
Ensuring Volume based district work allotment as per the Policy/SOP
Survey Execution with proper seal sign and handover to sales department as per SOP
Pump allotment and Billing plan sharing with Billing team for further material dispatch as per the billing
Coordination for Timely installation and billing collection and Bill passing
Maintaining service sheet record
Payment request process management
Effective reporting and MIS management
Maintaining State, District, Project & Installer project lot wise survey report with current status (Done/Not Done)
Coordination for Installer DREO visit and formalities for seal sign & documents handover to Sales team as per SOP
Domestic/Industrial training and installer requirement fulfillment
Material follow-up from Purchase team, Plant, Inter Plant and Branches
Overall responsibility of Pump Penalty
Qualification - Graduate/BE/B.Tech. + MBA (Added Advantage)
Experience - 10-15 Years
Software/Technical Skills - Microsoft Office, SAP
