Sunway Wellness Academy Company Overview: Sunway Wellness is aleading provider of holistic wellness solutions dedicated topromoting health relaxation and personal growth. We areseeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead theendtoend operations of the Sunway Wellness Academy.
Position: Program Manager SunwayWellness Academy
Location: Nagpur
Type: FullTime
Qualifications: Graduate in arelevant field (Business Education Wellness etc.)
Minimum of 10 years of relevantwork experience with a track record of successful academy ortraining institute management Strong leadership and communicationskills Proven ability to develop and manage curriculum and courseofferings
Salary Range: Rs 25000to Rs 35000 per month Immediate Joining Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Developand execute a strategic plan for the Sunway Wellness Academyaligning with the overall business objectives.
2.Curri
culum Development:Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update coursecurricula that meet industry standards and evolving trends. 3.Course Management: Oversee the scheduling delivery and qualityassurance of all courses ensuring a seamless learning experiencefor students. 4. Instructor Management: Recruit train and manage ateam of qualified instructors providing ongoing coaching andsupport.
5. Student Engagement:Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that promotesstudent success and satisfaction.
6. Operational Efficiency: Managedaytoday operations including facility management resourceallocation and budget oversight.
7. Marketing and Outreach:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implementpromotional strategies to attract new students and expand theacademys reach.
8. Collaboration:Establish and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholdersorganizations and professionals to enhance the academys credibilityand industry relevance.
9.Performance Evaluation: Monitor and analyse key performanceindicators student feedback and market trends to continuallyimprove course offerings and outcomes.
10. Compliance: Ensure compliancewith relevant regulatory requirements and standards within thewellness and education sectors.
