IAM COE - Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Center of Excellence (COE) Role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) implementations, with extensive experience in various IAM/PAM products such as SailPoint, Okta, and CyberArk at Architect level. As the IAM COE Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing and executing IAM strategies, driving product evaluations, and engaging with customers on RFPs and solution delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Involve in designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Evaluate, select, and integrate IAM/PAM products and technologies, ensuring alignment with business requirements and security standards.
  • Define IAM roadmap and strategic priorities, considering emerging technologies, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Drive IAM certification efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
  • Identify and implement value-added IAM capabilities, such as identity analytics, adaptive authentication, and risk-based access controls.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, providing IAM expertise and engaging in RFP responses, customer presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Create intellectual property (IP) through innovative IAM solutions, methodologies, and thought leadership.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IAM COE.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on IAM/PAM implementation and strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM/PAM concepts, technologies, and best practices, with hands-on experience in deploying solutions across complex IT environments.
  • Extensive experience with IAM/PAM products such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, and other similar products.
  • Strong understanding of IAM standards and frameworks (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM).
  • Proven track record of leading successful IAM initiatives, including roadmap development, solution architecture, and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant certifications in IAM/PAM (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, IAM Product specific) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in working on RFPs, customer engagements, and solution delivery.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
