Position: Stores Manager / Senior Manager

Location: Project Site Mudigubba, Andhra Pradesh

Experience: 10+ years

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Mining / Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all store operations at the project site.

Handle receipt, inspection, and issuance of project materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock ledgers.

Ensure proper storage, safety, and handling of materials at the site.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and follow-up on materials.

Ensure smooth coordination with project, purchase, and accounts teams.

Monitor and report material consumption, surplus, and shortage regularly.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company systems and procedures.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly store reports.

Oversee physical stock verification and reconciliation.

Requirements:

Proven experience in storekeeping or material management at our sites.

Good knowledge of site materials.

Must be computer savvy (MS Excel, ERP or inventory systems).

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Fluent in Telugu (speaking is mandatory).

Ability to work independently and manage a team if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree / Diploma in any discipline.

Certification in materials management will be an added advantage.
