Position Summary: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our human resources team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruiting and eager to support various recruitment functions and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and shortlist candidates for interviews. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates. Candidate Communication: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback. Applicant Tracking: Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is up-to-date and accurate. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and recruitment agencies. Recruitment Events: Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to attract talent. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Reporting: Generate recruitment reports and metrics for management review. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving the recruitment process and participate in implementing changes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
