The teams led by this role are accountable to lead the organization through enterprise application transformations. They build and monitor system capacity and analytics andpreserve business continuity. The teams collaborate with other IT segments and business leaders to create a strategic plan for the enterprise applications and processes they sustain, including enterprise-level technology roadmaps that showcase the current state and desired future state of the business. Experience Level• 15+ years in the Information Technology Field • 8+ years of design, development, and support of business solutions and their infrastructure• 5+ years in a leadership role leading global teams• 5+ years IT Service Management Experience• 5+ years ITIL practice• 8+ years ServiceNow experienceResponsibilitiesManage• Serve as a technical leader and expert, mentoring other IT members, ensuring the success of our teams’ projects and systems• Manage team members effectively and within the required parameters set by Human Resources. This includes hiring staff, setting team goals, time management, and conducting performance reviews• Identify and maintain top talent for positions in a competitive field, that meet awidely diverse skillset to build and run dozens of applications across the organization• Establish practice within the team with a clearly defined set of rules, roles, responsibilities, methodology
