Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our human resources team. This internship is perfect for freshers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and develop a strong foundation in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • HR Documentation: Help maintain and organize employee records, process HR paperwork, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Learning and Development: Support the planning and coordination of training sessions and workshops.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
  • HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
  • Feedback Collection: Help gather and analyze feedback from employees to support HR decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and a desire to build a career in the field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
