Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in B2B/SaaS paid advertising , preferably in the US market.
A proven track record of developing and executing successful paid digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on ROI and revenue growth.
B2B SaaS + Startup Experience is a must.
Experience with Meta ads, Google ads, email campaigns and other online advertising platforms.
A deep understanding of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and other optimization techniques. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to identify trends and opportunities and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive paid digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across all channels, including meta ads, Google ads, email campaigns and other online advertising platforms.
Create and manage campaigns that are optimized for maximum ROI and revenue growth, with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization.
Work closely with our content team to develop compelling ad creative and messaging that resonates with our target audience and drives high-quality traffic to our website.
Conduct ongoing research and analysis of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including cost-per-click, cost-per-acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI , and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with our analytics team to develop and maintain robust tracking and reporting processes to ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in paid media advertising and share knowledge and insights with the wider team.
