Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals. The role involves understanding the technical requirements of positions, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to make successful hires. The US IT Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and building relationships with potential candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and IT recruitment- Strong knowledge of technical skills and experience in hiring IT professionals- Ability to source and attract qualified candidates- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
