SBE works on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial campuses, architectural designs for institutions, residences, retail, and hospitality.

Role DescriptionThe Senior Architect with a design focus is responsible for leading the conceptualization, design development, and implementation of architectural projects. This role involves overseeing the creative process, ensuring designs meet client requirements, adhere to building codes and regulations, and are executed within budget and time constraints. The Senior Architect collaborates closely with clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.

QualificationsProfessional Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution2-5 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on design development and/or constructionStrong knowledge of design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience managing projects from concept through construction and experience coordinating with consultants and contractorsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsExperience with local building codes and regulationsExperience mentoring and leading a team of junior design professionalsA passion for design and a dedication to delivering exceptional work
