Position: Manager - Marketing
Location: Chennai
Candidate Profile:
Mandatory:
1. Minimum 8-10 Years of experience in Marketing
2. MBA Marketing / Healthcare or B.E. Biomedical
3. Languages – English, Hindi & one or two regional languages
4. Managing a team of Digital Marketing, Content Developers, Designers etc.
5. Should travel extensively within India and abroad if required
Desirable:
1. Experience in healthcare industry
2. Hands on experience in relevant Marketing Tools / Software / Tableau
Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the company’s neonatal medical equipment portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in neonatal care, and the ability to communicate complex medical concepts in a way that resonates with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities - for both India & International market:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support product launches, brand positioning, and market expansion in the neonatal medical equipment sector
o Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and regulatory affairs, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
2. Product Marketing:
o Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, product manuals, and digital content, tailored to neonatal healthcare professionals.
o Develop and manage product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies that align with the needs of neonatologists, nurses, and hospital administrators.
o Conduct product training and education for the sales team and distributors to ensure accurate and effective communication of product benefits.
3. Digital Marketing:
o Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing, to increase online visibility and engagement.
o Manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and retargeting, to drive qualified leads and conversions.
o Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
4. Brand Management:
o Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
o Plan and execute branding initiatives, such as sponsorships, partnerships, and events, to enhance the company’s reputation in the neonatal medical community.
o Monitor brand perception and adjust strategies to maintain a positive brand image.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and unmet needs in neonatal care.
o Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and industry reports to inform marketing strategies and product development.
o Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
6. Budget Management:
o Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
o Track and report on marketing expenditures, adjusting strategies as needed to stay within budget.
7. Event Management:
o Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and workshops.
o Manage logistics, including booth design, promotional materials, and on-site activities, to ensure a successful presence at events.
o Evaluate event ROI and lead generation, providing post-event analysis and recommendations.
8. Customer Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and partners.
o Collaborate with the sales team to support customer retention and loyalty programs.
o Handle customer inquiries and feedback related to marketing activities.
