Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students in their homes, focusing on their individual learning needs and goals.
• Create and implement customized lesson plans based on students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding of the subject matter.
• Monitor student progress, assess their learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Encourage and motivate students to develop a positive attitude towards learning and build confidence in their abilities.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians to discuss academic progress, goals, and any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance, lesson plans, and student performance data.
• Stay updated on curriculum changes, educational trends, and teaching methodologies to continually improve tutoring services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior teaching experience required.
• Experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in a one-on-one setting, is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students on an individual level.
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering student success.
• Flexibility and availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, based on students' schedules.
• Ability to travel to students' homes in Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Kolkata, Surat, Hyderabad, Delhi.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
