We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Associate Industrial and Production Engineer to join our team at Binashree Company. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to create and optimize product designs using AutoCAD.
- Develop and implement production processes to ensure efficiency and quality in manufacturing.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for production.
- Monitor and analyze production data using MS-Excel to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and increase productivity in the production process.
- Need to know about the vacuum casting and injection molding process, all quality parameters
