AVASO TECH PVT LTD is hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner Management Location: Mohali Shift: Rotational Shift's Job Description: Currently seeking an energetic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition to join our fast-paced, full life cycle recruitment team; supporting field support and proposal recruitment. Duties & Responsibilities Designand implement overall recruiting strategy. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. board/newspapers/colleges etc. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Coordinate with vendor’s to ensure the smooth transition Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote company's reputation as “best place to work” Skills Required Candidate should be a Graduate. Hands on experience with vendor onboarding’s and vendor management/coordination Proven work experience in International engineers recruitment (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.) Excellent communication skills – written & oral. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Time management& multitasking ability Excellent interpersonal skills
