Must Have:Minimum 8 years of experience in IT in various roles of Developer, Technical Lead, Technical Architect5+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore; 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore 10.xExperience with all aspects of Sitecore development and deploymentExperience on MVC, Search solutions, upgradesExperience with Sitecore on Azure, Managed Services, or any other cloudExperience with Sitecore as headless, Sitecore XM cloud, serializationExperience with products apart from CMS such as Personalize, Content Hub, Search etc.Experience on Devops with SitecoreMust have performed role of a Technical Architect for a Sitecore implementation programMust be able to design solutions with Sitecore and engage effectively in discussion of solutions with clientCapable of leading a team of developers for Sitecore implementations from scratchStrong capability of understanding solutions holistically & engage in clients discussionsMust have excellent communication skillsMust possess thought leadership and strong analytical thinkingStrong foundational experience in ASP.NET MVCGood to have:Exposure to AI, Sitecore StreamKnowledge/ Experience with AI, Agile methodologiesExperience in preparing proposals response, client presentationsLocation: Pan India
