We're in it together to make life better for each other, our customers, our partners, and our communities.Specifically, the Trainee- System Admin will :- Monitoring of the customer’s Azure infrastructure.- Monitoring and handling incidents and tickets (Break-fix, Request, Change Requests).- Attending customer calls.- Support the team in day-to-day operations.- Should be comfortable working rotational shifts.Qualification:- B. E /B. Tech/ B. Sc. in Computer Science and IT- Min 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B. E/B. Tech till 6th semester- No current backlogs- A degree in Cloud Computing will be preferred but not required.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Basic knowledge of Operating systems.- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its related technologies.
