The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale electrical works involving HT (High Tension) & LT (Low Tension) systems, and capable of handling a workforce of over 500 site workers and a core team of 35 staff members. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery with a focus on timelines, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Project Execution:- Manage and monitor all on-site activities for electrical HT & LT installation works in accordance with the approved design, drawings, and timelines.- Team & Workforce Management:- Lead and supervise a site workforce of approximately 500 workers and a core staff of 35 team members, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.- Client Coordination:- Attend client meetings, coordinate with consultants and PMC, ensure proper documentation and timely response to project updates.- Billing & Certification:- Prepare RA bills, follow up for bill certification from client/PMC, and coordinate with the accounts team for timely
