Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Banking Lawyer based in New Delhi. The Banking Lawyer will handle a diverse range of legal tasks: ·        Including drafting of title search reports; ·        Review of property documents, including land and revenue records ; ·        drafting, reviewing, and negotiating finance-related agreements, advising clients on compliance with banking regulations; ·        Liaise with banks’ legal & business teams on transaction documentation Requirements: ·        LLB degree with strong fundamentals in banking and property law ·        Experience in working with Banks and Non-Banking Finance Companies; ·        2-3 years’ experience in a law firm or industry role focused on banking transactions ·        Proficiency in reviewing title search reports and drafting loan-related documents ·        Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills If you are passionate about banking law and looking to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented legal team, apply today to The compensation would be as per industry standards
